Italian Restaurant Al Tiramisu launches unique cooking classes covering all 20 regions of
Italy this month.
The first cooking class, Saturday, April 16, 11 AM-2 PM, focuses on Sicily, the largest island in
the Mediterranean and the southernmost region of Italy. Succeeding classes will then move
from the south up to the north of Italy. Cooking classes are $75 apiece including all food and
