I have been to this nice neighborhood coffee house twice to attend a Debbie Weil Sweets and Tweets event. My last visit on 21st July 2010 was to participate  as a LinchPin. You can see a video of my fast talk  on Debbie Weil ‘s  Blog. The ambience of Baked and Wired  is contemporary and casual and the atmosphere is like a happy gathering place. Families with kids and babies mingled with Georgetown yuppies and serious book readers sat in the cosy furniture  sipping their coffee.

The coffee was excellent and the Potato and red onion quiche I had was heavenly. Take a peek at the Cupcake menu here http://bakedandwired.com/offerings/cupcakes/ . and you may like the “Pretty Bitchin’” ( never thought I would use this word on my blog) If you are around the Georgetown mall / M St Wisconsin Ave area or near the Georgetown Waterfront you should try this spot.
