I was going through my Flickr feed and saw this picture of the - Green Corn Tamales and rememeber it very well. I hope to find this in the DC area.

Ingredients :
Fresh Corn off the Cob, Corn Masa, Cheddar Cheese and Ortega Chile, Steamed in its Own Husk. Beans and Rice.
