Panorama Restaurant & Lounge Sonesta Bay Hotel - Coconut Grove Miami

Peruvian food. Wow ! I went for lunch to the Panorama Restaurant in the Sonsesta Bay Hotel - Coconut Grove Florida . This restaaurant has a great view as its on the 8th floor of the hotel. This is the first time that I ate Peruvian food. I also learnt today that Ceviche is actually raw but tastes awesome.

The staff is superb and the peruvian beer called Cristal was very nice. I am in Miami for the Network Solutions Small Business networking event with Guy Kawasaki.

ceviche is great, there are many different varieties of it though. ranging from fish to shellfish based and more. key is that its all cooked with citric acid
