PEI WEI First look
This is the new restaurant by PF Chang that opened at Woodland Crossing Drive off Sunrise Valley Dr. The lunch crowd was very good for a Tuesday. You stand in line and get your number , place order and sit down and the food is served to you. I think this is a 2.0 version of fast food. I like this approach and will work if done well. The food is good and the menu has several favorites like Pei Wei Pad Thai , Lo Mein Noodles.
I had Blazing Noodles- "Tomato black pepper sauce, scallion, snap peas, carrot, cilantro, Thai basil, chow fun noodles" I wish it had more chicken in it
Judging by the other tables who ordered it "Minced Chicken with Cool Lettuce Wraps" seemed a favorire appetizer. I did'nt know what Edamame was till I Wikipediad it.

I would give it a 3 star but deifnitely not a place you would go to discuss business.
