Chevys _ Good food but salsa on my shirt

Visited the Chevy's restaurant in Gaithersburg. I have not been to this place in a few years. Its still good. As soon as we were seated the waiter dropped the the salsa on my hand. It was a genuine mistake eb=evn though my shirt was spotted and needs to go to the laundry. My only regret was that the manager did not come and express regrets. I think that should be a common courtesy.

They have a special which really fills you up called the "whole enchilada" , you have a choice of a soup, any enchilida from the menu and a dessert. i did not much care for the desert but the Tortilla soup was awesome.

The restaurant is proud that its kitchen is always "can-free" - the food is good. the ambience is casual and makes it appear like a scene from small town Central America.

This is the first time I have tasted Bohemia - which is a nice beer. I had the Chipotle Chicken Enchilada which was a little bit sweet. The Black beans were cooked well and extremely tasty. My daughter had the shrimp and crab enchilada.

The sizzlers are very popular here.
