Visiting Al Tiramisu and enjoying eating there is like visiting Italy as Chef Luigi Diotaiuti not only creates excellent food but tells you all about the history of the food, ritual of eating. This time he was joined by Chef Amy Riolo whose motto is to learn and enjoy food through cuisine. The cruise will be on the Oceania Cruise ship Riviera and the cruise is being managed by a local agency Luxury Cruise Counselors. Check it out, the cruise is all inclusive, we learnt that it includes airfare and it seems to include everything on board including eating in the premier restaurants. The President of Oceania Cruises is Kunal. S Kamlani and they seem to have an excellent concept of cruises aboard mid-sized ships.
Chef Luigi Diotaiuti just released a book - The Al Tiramisu Restaurant Cook Book and Chef Amy Riolo who has a lot of books in her portfolio had the book Nile Style at the event. Her forthcoming book "Mediterranean Diabetes Cookbook" is a Nautilus Silver Award Winner.
