Tune-in to No Reservations "Out of the Pan, Into The Fire," Monday at 10 E/P on Travel Channel

Anthony Bourdain says "I write , I travel , I eat " in the Monday August 9th 2010 episode of No Reservations.In this episode TOny Bourdain goes beyond the scenes in Dubai luxury to check out the food that is eaten by the more than 75% non-citizens of the UAE. A Pakistani restaurant ( the mutton curry looked so yummy on TV)  Ravi Restaurant (see it on Google maps) and a seafood place Bu Qtair Cafeteria ( On FourSquare) and the upscale Verre ( Gordon Ramsey's Dubai restaurant) see  this travel channel clip on Anthony Bourdain eating at a Iraqi Restaurant in Duba called Al Baghdadi 

 In the intro. of the episode Chef Bourdain tralks about the workforce in Dubai consisting of more non-citizens than citizens ( they are called emirati) Out of curiosity I checked the Dubai page on the CIA website and the ethnicity of UAE  is "Emirati 19%, other Arab and Iranian 23%, South Asian 50%, other expatriates (includes Westerners and East Asians) 8% (1982)note: less than 20% are UAE citizens (1982) See TonyBourdain ski in the dessert - yes that right see him ski below
