The USP of this restaurant is the grill. Regulars know the routine - get there and make a beeline for the buffet filled with raw materials. Choose your favorites and hand it over to the chef at the grill and a few minutes later lo behold you have your raw food grilled and handed back to you.
If you are not the grilling kind you could go directly to the buffet and have the pineapple shrimp or General Tso's chicken or any of the numerous regular chinese buffet dishes.
Food always is hot and appears fresh. Service is fast ( You do not need much service at lunch) Dessert is lacking and is limited to bananas in syrup or tinned peaches. The jelly is my favorite :)
One word of caution to people who have allergies or are strict vegetarians be careful of getting things mixed up on the grill
