When you hear from a enthusiastic customer about a business , it is usually a good sign. This is a new concept and nothing like I have seen before. The whole restaurant is centered around a central food prep are and the whole restaurant is around this like a bar counter. The service folk are chef-tenders so they prepare and serve the food and are generally a very friendly bunch, Food is light but filling like tapas and I loved the Lobster cones ( see picture above)
The restaurant gives me the impression that they want to impress . Just the new concept by itself is a good start. The restaurant also has a charger for your electric car should you decide to bring your checy volt ;)
Definitely a recommended place to visit. I am sure we will be having a happy hour tweetup here soon.

I've been here and I agree with your sentiments. The Stone's Cove struck gold with its concept. I hope it stays around for a long time because I'm sure to be back for more.
