Are you ready for the new Whole Foods in Chevy Chase

I love going to Whole foods and to confess very much for the opportunity to do some food tasting. The closes tone to me is in Kentlands Gaithersburg. The opening of grocery stores are getting more social. You may have read about the Social Safeway.  I love the fact that grocery stores have begun to offer free wi-fi

Read about the activities at the new Whole foods from their Social Media release. Don’t miss reading about the event with Lucie Snodgrass author of Dishing up Maryland on May 21st. I will be out of town but invite anyone attending this event to write a guest post for me in exchange for a Blogging Tips book by Lorelle Van Fossen.

On Tuesday, May 18th, Whole Foods Market will welcome summer with the opening of its 8th Maryland location- a store that will offer a host of exciting features, including a vast produce section with seasonal and local offerings; indulgent bakery section serving fresh-made cakes and pretzels, breads and gluten-free options; guaranteed fresh seafood bought straight from local boats and a meat department with over 80% of the meat sourced locally; and more.

Several offerings will be unique to the location, including our coffee bar which will serve homemade gelato and popsicles, inviting customers to cool off and connect to the public Wi-Fi.
