This must be a unusual food review of restaurant food served outdoor. Taking food from a restaurant and serving it at different location is a challenge. I can tell you first hand that the Bombay Club managed the challenge very well . The food was as tasty hot and presented very well. Each serving of the appetizer had a card explaining the dish's mystery . Well if you were too busy eating to read the waiter explained it with gusto.
I had a opportunity to meet Vinod Kapoor the owner of the Boston restaurants Bombay Club , Curry Leaf and the new Masala Art.
Masala Art seems designed like specially designed restaurants that also give the guests a glimpse of the intricacies of cooking like Roberto Donna's Laboratorio del Galileo in Washington DC. I haven't been to Masala Art due to lack of time but I plan to make it the next time I am in town.
